New Hampshire Men’s Center

147 Laurel St • Manchester, NH • 603-647-7770

Set in the heart of the Queen City of New Hampshire, Adult & Teen Challenge New Hampshire Men’s Center is in a compact urban district surrounded by vast landscapes of northeast mountains and greenery. While our main mission is to provide a safe and fruitful environment for men to recover from substance misuse and other life controlling problems, the city of Manchester also provides unique opportunities for community service and outreach while keeping the “small town” family-oriented atmosphere.

Adult & Teen Challenge New Hampshire Men’s Center has been a part of the Manchester community since 2003. The City of Manchester provides fantastic avenues for rest and relaxation such as lakes, community parks, and hiking trails. Manchester’s business district is continually flourishing. The opportunity for employment for graduates is always available, along with a public transportation network to facilitate it.

Our staff is committed to the success of each resident and their freedom from addiction. If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction, please contact our office immediately. We look forward to being part of a new start to a life free from addiction.

Héctor Andujar, Jr.

Senior Director, Adult & Teen Challenge New Hampshire

Héctor graduated the Adult & Teen Challenge program on June 26, 2015. Having a varied background in fundraising, sales and network marketing, he served immediately as the Development Supervisor, responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of fundraising and community outreaches, such as the Ride for Freedom, Golf Tournament, Fall Banquet, Gift Wrapping, Church Services and End Addiction Teams. Over the years Héctor has grown these fundraisers significantly, bringing more awareness to the program, and he has put operating systems and procedures in place to increase its efficiency and effectiveness. In 2018 he was promoted to Assistant Director, in 2022 to Associate Director, in 2023 to Director and in 2024 he was promoted to Senior Director, bringing all the above-mentioned systems, culture and success established in New Hampshire to the Maine center.

Héctor enrolled in Global University in 2018 with a focus of becoming an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God Fellowship, which he accomplished in 2024. As he continues his spiritual journey, he has done more preaching and public speaking, and speaks on behalf of Adult & Teen Challenge throughout Northern New England.

Héctor and his wife Carmen, who is the Administrative Assistant at the New Hampshire center, facilitate Family Ministry each month, providing a time and atmosphere that is conducive to healing and restoration for residents and their families. They also meet with other couples to offer guidance and encouragement in the journey they have also traveled.

As Senior Director, Héctor oversees the staff and challenges them daily to grow and improve, and make Adult & Teen Challenge an increasingly better program so that many will have the opportunity that he did to be saved, transformed, and live a purpose-driven life for God.

Alex Ippolito

Associate Director, Adult & Teen Challenge New Hampshire

After graduating from Adult & Teen Challenge New Hampshire in December 2014, Alex realized that the walk of faith is not always linear.  Then in 2018, during a season of brokenness, he cried out to God from a cell. Through God’s grace and mercy, he returned to the program and completed his Restoration in 2019. He then faithfully served almost every aspect of this ministry.

In March 2021, Alex joined the New Hampshire staff as Resident Life Supervisor, Admissions Coordinator, and Academic Coordinator. In December 2024, he became the Associate Director. Over the past five years, Alex has played a vital role in the progress of the New Hampshire campus—helping to establish stronger systems, cultivate a healthier culture, and enhance the standard of resident care. His commitment to excellence and collaboration has contributed significantly to the ministry’s ongoing growth and stability, ensuring that each man who comes through the program receives the highest level of care and discipleship.

Alex and his wife Katie have built a Christ-centered home for their two daughters, Berylin and Aribella, and son, Nikkos.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Ministerial Leadership and Theology at Northpoint Bible College, Alex plans to pursue a degree in Social Psychology and Behavioral Health.

Alex knows that the only reason he is alive and not incarcerated is because of the Lord’s mercy and divine purpose. He believes God has given him a powerful testimony that continues to reach and inspire others—offering hope, healing, and restoration through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
