Responsibilities include:

  • Greet and welcome all guests
  • Answer the telephone, warmly attend to callers’ needs, and transfer to appropriate department, if required
  • Accept and sort mail/packages, deliver to appropriate department
  • Field and qualify CSS & Outpatient inquiries
  • Call back CSS referrals for Admission appointments

Job brief:

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to oversee the front desk duties of a new Short-term Program and Administration offices.

Our ideal candidate is a person of moral character with high standards who understands the working of a faith-based organization. This person should be an upbeat, professional team player willing to fill gaps when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Make hotel reservations for out of town guests
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail/packages
  • Update Staff Directory as needed
  • Light cleaning of reception area
  • Send birthday emails to all staff
  • Field all calls adhering to HIPPA policies
  • Qualify outpatient and CSS inquiries
  • Call back CSS referrals and set Admission appointments
  • Attend all staff meetings
  • Maintain referral lists/send information as requested
  • Ensure all guests are masked and temperatures as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Willingness to learn, adjusts well to change
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Platform
  • Consistent professional dress and manner
