Vice President (VP) of Marketing

Job brief:

We are looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Marketing to direct and oversee our Marketing department. You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our ministry/business goals.

Our ideal candidate is a person of moral character with high standards who understands the working of a faith-based organization. Also, one who has a solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns and social media/digital marketing techniques. Our VP of Marketing will report directly to the President/CEO and will oversee each of our centers’ marketing departments. To be successful in this role, you should be highly professional. You should also play a significant role shaping the company’s strategic planning.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Marketing department’s activities contribute to our TCNE&NJ’s short and long-term mission and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
  • Set current and long-term goals for each centers’ departments.
  • Design and review the Marketing department’s budget
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the President/CEO
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
  • Attend all staff meetings
  • Track competitors’ activities

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field

Teen Challenge New England & New Jersey

Development Administrator

Teen Challenge New England & New Jersey is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, detail-and-results-oriented individual to administrate the development office as the Development Administrator.

The Development Administrator serves the Fundraising, Program Development, and Marketing efforts of Teen Challenge New England & New Jersey. The Development Administrator is responsible for timely preparation and execution of the development strategy of TCNE & NJ under the direction of the President and VP of Finances. Under the direction of the President and VP of Finances, and with advice of the third-party consulting company, the Development Administrator manages and oversees the maintenance of TCNE & NJ’s donor database, coordinates annual and monthly direct mail appeals and email appeals, oversees the call center, and serves the Directors of the individual centers by providing reports and donor information as defined by protocol under the supervision of the VP of Finances.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute TCNE & NJ’s annual fundraising plan
  • Meet appeal deadlines on schedule
  • Meet fundraising targets
  • Manage the maintenance and tracking of stakeholder data and oversee the team responsible for data entry and gift processing
  • Oversee and provide support for the call center
  • Provide reports as needed by President, VP of Finances, and Directors
  • Provide database information for events as requested by President, VP of Finances, and Directors
  • Oversee development of marketing material related to fundraising
  • Cooperate to facilitate website donation pages
  • Manage and coordinate regular newsletters regarding TCNE & NJ’s updates and successes
  • Manage the coordination and distribution of annual reports

Desired Experience and Background

  • Experience in development and fundraising; event hosting and coordination a plus
  • Significant experience with Raiser’s Edge, Word, Excel
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding development and fundraising targets on schedule
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to edit new material quickly
  • Knowledge of CRM databases, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge preferred
  • Knowledge of fundraising technology and methods
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet and welcome all guests
  • Answer the telephone and warmly attend to callers needs and transfer to appropriate department if required
  • Accept and sort mail/packages, deliver to appropriate department

Bloom – Direct Care Staff

Bloom is currently looking for full and part-time Direct Care staff to minster to the girls in our home.  Direct Care staff are responsible for direct oversight of the girls in their daily activities, administration of medications, cooking, hospitality, accountability, care and general household functions. Writing skills for documentation.  Each staff member at Bloom must be fully committed to following the call of ministry at Bloom and have mature and compassionate Christian character.   Each applicant will be background checked and must successfully pass CORI, SORI and Fingerprint clearance.  CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus.  State-mandated training is provided upon hire.  If you have a heart for missions and a desire to serve – apply!

  • Provide leadership and management of employees.

Summary: The Program Supervisor shall provide leadership and management of all day-to-day activities at the center they oversee. The Program Supervisor shall :

  • Enforces all polices, discipline, resident incident reports, passes and visits.
  • Makes daily program schedule, including shift coverage, resident daily schedule, work jobs, etc.
  • Handles all medical and legal needs of the residents, to include medication, appointments, transportation
  • Oversees the maintenance of the building and all vehicles.
  • Responsible for the Kitchen/EBT, including making menus, ordering, donations, budgeting, and bringing residents to state offices as needed.

Position Summary: The Admissions Director shall provide management of all aspects of resident admissions at the center they oversee. The Admissions Director shall :

  • Maintain an active 24/7 ability to react to intake calls.
  • Interacts with law enforcement, probation, and parole to maintain a good working relationship.
  • Oversees that all confidentiality policies are followed, securing of records, HIPPA laws reviewed and enforced.
  • Maintains all resident files, both physical and online. Is proficient in using the myteenchallenge student database.
  • Maintains a list of detox facilities and alternate programs for families to refer to as needed.
  • Maintains a current list of beds available.
